How controlled access works

1Join and verify DiscordComplete the official community welcome, then authorize identity-only Discord verification on ClanPilot.co.

2Complete the applicationTell us about your device, Clash experience, and what you plan to test.

3Review and accept the participation rulesThe agreement is separate, versioned, and never prechecked.

4Owner reviewThe owner receives a private triage card and chooses Approve, Waitlist, or Reject.

5Automatic TestFlight enrollmentAfter approval, ClanPilot adds the invitation email to the private Apple group and grants Discord Beta Lab access.

6Install and create your accountUse Apple's email invitation, then create one ClanPilot account with the same approved email and verify ownership.

7Set up and testConnect a Clash account, follow the in-app setup, and report bugs through ClanPilot or the private Beta Lab.

ClanPilot never asks for your Apple Account password, Discord password, device serial number, or UDID.

What we expect

Use prerelease access personally, keep unreleased details confidential, test honestly, report security concerns privately, and give clear feedback. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.

Joining Discord or selecting a beta interest during Discord onboarding does not grant TestFlight access. Every applicant must complete this application and receive owner approval.
