ClanPilot Beta Participation Agreement

Thanks for helping test ClanPilot. This agreement explains the basic rules for participating in the private beta. By accepting it, you confirm that you have read these rules and agree to follow them while you have beta access.

1. What the beta is

ClanPilot is still being developed. Beta access lets you try prerelease features, report problems, and share feedback. Features may change, break, disappear, or never be released publicly. Access is optional, personal, and may be ended at any time.

2. Keep private beta details private

Please do not publicly share unreleased ClanPilot features or private beta conversations unless the ClanPilot team says it is okay. This includes screenshots, screen recordings, streams, social posts, articles, public reviews, roadmap details, and material from private beta channels.

Information is not considered private if it was already publicly available through no action of yours, you received it lawfully without a confidentiality obligation, or you developed it independently without using private ClanPilot information. If the law requires you to disclose something, you may do so as required.

3. Your TestFlight access is for you

Your Apple TestFlight invitation is personal. Please do not share the invitation, your access, app files, or private beta materials with anyone who has not been approved. Apple operates TestFlight under its own terms. ClanPilot will never ask for your Apple Account password.

4. Test responsibly

Use ClanPilot only with accounts and clan information you are allowed to access. Do not try to bypass security, access another person’s private information, obtain credentials, reverse engineer the app, automate it without permission, or use it for cheating, harassment, or illegal activity. Restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

If you find a possible security problem, report it privately through ClanPilot support or the beta-reporting tools so it can be investigated before you share it publicly.

5. Feedback

You are welcome to send bug reports, ideas, and suggestions. You keep ownership of anything you already owned before submitting feedback. By voluntarily sending feedback, you allow ClanPilot to use and incorporate it into ClanPilot without payment or attribution. Please do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Beta software and data

The beta is provided for testing and may contain defects or lose beta data. Do not depend on it for critical decisions, and keep any backups you need. Gameplay plans, projections, and historical information may be incomplete and do not guarantee an in-game result. Participation is voluntary and unpaid unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.

7. Privacy and other services

The ClanPilot Privacy Policy explains how beta application details, invitation email, device and iOS information you provide, Discord identity when linked, agreement acceptance, diagnostics, reports, feedback, and available TestFlight status may be handled. Apple, Discord, Supercell, and other services have their own terms and privacy policies.

ClanPilot is an independent, unofficial product and is not endorsed by Supercell. Apple’s TestFlight terms apply separately.

8. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept this agreement. ClanPilot does not currently have a parent or guardian approval process, so please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

9. Leaving the beta

You may stop participating whenever you want. ClanPilot may also suspend or end beta access for security, conduct, program, or operational reasons. If access ends, stop using the beta and delete private beta materials you still have. The promises about keeping unreleased information private and the permission to use feedback continue after beta access ends where applicable.

10. Acknowledgment

By choosing Accept & Submit Application or Accept & Continue, you confirm that you understand ClanPilot is prerelease software, that you will keep unreleased features and private beta discussions confidential, and that you agree to these beta participation rules.
